As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (904) 389-6659 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

RETURNS

Please know most goods we distribute to the public are Special Order items which are not always returnable or refundable. Buyer may return any good which Seller stocks and which is not a Special Order item if:

  • i. It is in new condition, suitable for resale in its undamaged original packaging and with all original parts; and
  • ii. If was a stock item when sold, is still currently a stock item, and is still currently available. Unfortunately, we cannot return or refund items that are no longer available.
  • iii. It has not been used, installed, modified, rebuilt, reconditioned, repaired altered or damaged.
  • iv. All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee, unless overwise agreed to by Seller. Special orders or non-stock goods may be returned if the manufacturer is willing to accept the return and Buyer agrees to pay for any restocking, shipping, cancellation, or any other associated fees.

Ray Ware reserves the right to refuse any item(s) that cannot be returned or refunded based on our professional opinion and discretion.

WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • A. Goods: All warranties are those extended by the product manufacturer. Seller assigns to Buyer to obtain repair, replacement, or other applicable remedy for a breach of warranty made known to Seller, or otherwise observed by Seller during warranty period.
  • B. Warranty Exclusions: Any manufacturer warranty shall be void if there has been misuse, abuse, accident, modifications, unsuitable physical or operating environment, improper maintenance, storage or installation of the goods. Normal wear and tear does not constitute any warranty coverage. Living finish items are excluded from any finish warranty coverage. Items that are not installed by a licensed professional have no warranty coverage. SELLER DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED MERCHANTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR USE OR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE EVEN IF KNOWN BY THE SELLER. SELLER MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR PROMISE THAT THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WILL CONFORM TO ANY APPLICABLE LAWS., ORDINANCES, REGULATIONS, CODES OR STANDARDS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOW LEAD OR LEA FREE LAWS OR REGULATIONS, EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED AND AGREED TO IN WRITING BY AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF SELLER. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, LIQUIDATED OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CLAIMED BY BUYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY RELATED TO A BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER NON-CONFORMITY OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES, INCLUDING IMPROPER OR INCORRECT INSTALLATION OF GOODS.
